My good buddy Ricky Ruffin and friends came down Saturday for a little offshore action. We found 1 big Blackfin hanging around a shrimp boat then we picked up a quick limit of AJs on jigs. We had to release another 20 or so Ajs for 2 Scamp, that also came on jigs. So we then decided to rig jump North until the closure line to look for Cobia and Mangroves, unfortunately we did not even see one Cobia but did pick up a mess of Mangroves 46 ntotal and some real nice ones at that. All in all it was a great trip!
