| Cobia pics from 10-9-09
Fished the Grand Isle Womens Rodeo this past weekend. Weather conditions were not good so we left around 9 am and pushed on out. We were rewarded with 4 spots for this group of troupers! We had 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Cobia and 3rd place Mangrove! The big Cobia was 63lbs. Great Job Gang and Congrats!!!*

Neal and I took Steve and the gang out Saturday for his bachelor party. We started the day with a couple AJs and then found a loan wahoo! After finishing our limit of AJs and adding a couple nice scamp, including 1 around 16-18lbs, we started heading in for some mangrove action! Fortunately for the mangroves and the guys we decided to troll 1 last spot and hit pay dirt! Going 9 for 12 on Wahoo in about 2 hrs. We headed north with 10 Wahoo, 5 AJs and 2 Scamp. On a side note, I have been slacking a little on pictures! Sept was a little slow on the trips and a lot of the trips were spent marlin fishing on the Cabo! Obviously we didn't catch any or there would have been pics but we have been fishing and will continue through out the year. Weather will probably have us at the dock a bunch as it always does but keep checking for new photos! Thanks*

| We found this photo recently from our trip on Sept 19th. We fished on the Cabo and had several hookups from Marlin all managed to free themselves but we got this photo of one jumping off in the distance!*

Brad Loewer and friends came down Sat/Sun for some Tuna Fishing after rescheduling trips for almost 3 yrs. Within 15 mins of lines out we had a blue up for a few seconds hitting 2 of our 7 line spread. She never found a hook though, so we moved on and fished some grass mats and picked up a loan dolphin. After that we fished tuna through the night. When the sun came up we picked up 4 YF on Ballyhoo and started to troll North! We all had a great time and the showers and bunks were so nice! Brad thanks for the patience, I knew we would get it 1 day! See you next year!*

| Eric Campbell and friends came in Friday evening for a two day tuna trip however with a somewhat slower than normal bite and some choppy seas we headed out and caught a quick limit of mangroves instead. We all had a great time and everyone went home with more than enough fish!!!Thanks again Guys, see you soon for that tuna trip
